- ➤ Kevin Nuppnau, director of Valpo Parks, will leave his post at the end of January for a leadership role with the Porter County Community Foundation, city officials said Saturday. Assistant director Tristan Leonhard will lead a system featuring 23 facilities & 31 miles of trails. Z107.1
