- ➤ Mayor Jon Costas today named Tristan Leonhard as the new Parks Director for Valpo Parks. Leonhard, who served as Acting Director and helped drive major projects like the $10 million Parks RePLAY initiative, will lead operations for 23 park facilities and 31 miles of trails. XROCK 103.9
