- ➤ On May 30, CoAction hosted a Trivia Night fundraiser at the Porter County Expo Center that raised money for programs serving residents in Lake, La Porte, Porter, Starke, Jasper, Pulaski, and Newton counties. - ➤ A 34 year old Valparaiso man was sentenced to 18 years in prison this week after pleading guilty to charges of sexual battery from an October 2022 assault. NWI Times
