- ➤ Valpo Parks is upgrading Creekside Golf Course and Training Center and Forest Park Golf Course to improve operations and raise the quality of play. The improvements include new cart paths, year-round simulators, a new irrigation system for Forest Park in Spring and a new Club Car fleet—projects that will continue from this year into next.
