- ➤ Valpo Car Show, Swap Meet & Motorcycle Show will be held Sunday, August 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Porter County Fairgrounds on Division Rd. in Valparaiso—registration for cars starts at 8:00 a.m. for $5 while spectators pay $5 and swap spaces cost $20; the event will also offer food, door prizes and over 50 awards including Best Paint, Best Engine and Best in Show.
