Mike Bohacek pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DWI on Jan. 24 when his blood alcohol was nearly four times the legal limit and has been removed from the Senate Committee on Corrections and Criminal Law — Senate President Rod Bray made the decision while Bohacek remains on the Local Government and Health Committees.
