- ➤ Jasmine Lindley, a local HR administrator and property manager, founded Broken Road Equine Rescue after rescuing a skinny gray Arabian at a horse auction to stop horses from being sent to slaughter. - ➤ Team Chevy in Valparaiso increased its new car sales by 50%, rising from 346 last year to 514 now as the dealership added employees and extended weekday hours to boost inventory and customer service.
